Blood pressure estimation using smartphone
Vařečka, Martin ; Vítek, Martin (referee) ; Němcová, Andrea (advisor)
Blood pressure is one of the basic indicators of the health state of the cardiovascular system. High blood pressure is the main risk factor of ischemic heart disease, atherosclerosis and stroke. Therefore, it is important to monitor long-term changes in blood pressure and respond in time to these changes. Blood pressure meters are not standard household equipment, while a well-equipped smartphone is. Smartphones contain a large number of sensors capable of measuring biomedical signals. This thesis focuses on creating an application capable of determining blood pressure using data obtained from these sensors.
Classification Of Heart Sounds Using Time-Frequency Analysis And Image Processing Methods
Demjan, Michal ; Nejedlý, Petr
This paper describes the algorithm for detection of heart sounds from phonocardiogram record (PCG) using time-frequency analysis and image processing technique. Presented algorithm extracts time-frequency features using continuous wavelet transform (CWT) and subsequently applies image processing methods such as morphological operations and connected components labeling on hearth sounds segment S1-S2. Furthermore, the segmented PCG signal undergoes correction procedure, which uses the Smith-Waterman local alignment algorithm to correctly predict heart sound sequence.

Regulation of accounting in France
Tuzarová, Zdeňka ; Žárová, Marcela (advisor) ; Černý, Václav (referee)
This submitted thesis deals with the regulation of accounting in France. The goal of this thesis is to introduce the French accounting from the regulation point of view. The first part of the thesis focuses on factors which influence the regulation of French accounting. It's followed by institutions that can create new accounting norms, where the most important one is ANC, or that can at least influence the regulation. After that, the thesis introduces also the French law valid for this field. The second part of the thesis contains certain accounting principles and methods in order to explain how the French accounting is regulated from the point of current accounting. The third part is focused on accounting reporting, there is also a short analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss statement of an anonymous French company. Finally the thesis is focused on the profession of certified accountant and auditor, their authorities and role in the French accounting system.
Molecular analysis of the mitochondrial genom of \kur{Diuraphis noxia} (Aphididae)
CHUNDELOVÁ, Daniela
The complete sequence of mitochondrial DNA from Diuraphis noxia was obtained and characterized. The mitogenome contains a standard set of 13 protein-coding genes, 19 tRNA genes, 2 ribosomal RNA genes. A+T-rich and ?repets? regions in the same order as those of the other analyzed aphids. Comparison to mtDNAs from other Sternorrhyncha species obtained from GenBank revealed possible markers for studies on population differentiation. Phylogenetic analysis using parsimony and maximum likelihood confirmed the classification of Diuraphis noxia into the Aphididae.
Paralelní výpočty nestacionární rovnice vedení tepla
Kohut, Roman ; Blaheta, Radim ; Starý, Jiří
In the paper, the solution of the nonstationary heat equations is described. The parallel computing with the adaptive timestep size is used. For the solution of the linear systems the preconditioned CG method is used with the preconditioning given by the additive overlapping Schwarz method.
